Change country - no response to ticket in 4 days [edit: SOLVED]

Final Edit: A different person responded to my ticket and has successfully updated it. He asked me to provide proof of address, which I wasn't asked to provide when making the ticket. If someone with the same issue runs into this thread, upload for them a letter to your new location, or something similar. Still funny I waited 4 days, and then my issue was resolved almost right after making this thread! Thank you to whoever noticed and helped 
Edit 2: despite the ticket response from 3 hours ago saying the country has been updated, I just noticed my profile still still lists "BG", not "UK", and store prices are still in euros, not pounds?

On the 14th I made a ticket asking for my country to be changed, because I moved abroad in July. I received no email confirmation that I made this ticket, even though I generally get emails from ESO, including about the last ticked I had made in September.
Since then, the ticket has been "updated X hours ago" twice (that I've noticed) without your customer support actually doing anything, responding, or leaving any kind of message. It's currently "waiting on agent", as it was before the previous "update".
When I searched "how to change my country" on your Support website, literally the only thing it said was "contact customer support" with no further details. I don't know if I need to attach a proof of address, and the blank "updates" don't say anything either.
What are those "updates" that have been happening to my ticket for 4 days, and if customer support has seen my ticket in order to "update" it, why haven't they left a single reply or clarification about anything? I mean, 4 days...
