I've logged into the ESO support web page but can't submit a support ticket. I select PC, and then any other item (account, billing, game play, etc.), and after I select the 2nd menu-selection, the screen just sits there, doesn't progress to another menu selection nor another web page. So I'm reporting that problem here.
How do I see a history of what I bought in the Crown store? I know for certain items those items will be greyed out after I buy them, but many other items won't if you can buy it more than once. I thought I was missing crowns but that seems OK now. But in the future, how do I see a history of what I bought in order to track purchases.
