Unable to change ingame account name. Verification codes not sent. [SOLVED]

As per title, i am currently unable to change my ingame account name. Using ESO's main site i used to be able to log in, change name, recieve code and be on my way but my last attempt result in no code sent. I have tried pressing the "Didnt recieve code" to no avail.
Any ideas what might be causing this? I am on PC/STEAM
Turns out i am not bright. I had forgotten to check spam folder.
