Working on keeping it going for Murkmire which is the DW / Bow setup you see at the end. Needs a couple adjustments (especially remembering where some of the skills are haha)

Damn was really excited to see a video up from you. Usually love them. This one not so much.

Shows the sad state of stamina DK. It may be my phones small screen but 80 percent looked like real low CPs? Like at 03:40 was highest CP below 200?

Yes 530 is low. Lol. Come on. There are a ton of low level. I know that's why 1vx are usually but a level 530 and a 22? That's weak.

Hybrid doesnt mean it has to be mag dmg .. Im front bar stam and back bar mag. If you want better go make it.

I didn’t ask for better, I asked what do you mean by hybrid?

A hybrid build in eso is typically a build that uses both magicka and stamina damage/healing skills and has even stat pools/regen. As in ‘ specialises equally in both magicka and stamina. Probably using sets like Pelinals aptitude and shacklebreaker.

A normal stamina build stacks stats in maximum stamina pool and weapon damage pool (used to buff stamina based damage skills and heals to a maximum), and uses its otherwise wasted magicka pool to cast buffs that aren’t effected by having large magicka stats. (This is what you have)

Does the upcoming potion changes affect you on this build?

Do you think that you could put chains on the backbar for the ranged pull, slight stun and speed? I think alot of people are under using chains in PVP because they dont see the utility and don't want to waste a CC cooldown on a 1second semi stun, but if you are 1vX I think that it can be used both as a healer pull and to push out.

If you pull on person, you can then keep hitting him with low damage, free cost with keeping expedition up.

I dunno, just a thought. Nice video, the build was well played and use of terrain is as per usual the other players demise.

swapping to the bow dw is a try at keep major expedition going when i need it. I thought about slotting chains but i dont think id have enough time in the pull to get off db and stuff before they react. At least with some form a of hard cc i can get that off.

This is not a hybrid. As a Stam dk dual wield build you have to have enough Magicka to use Fossilize, gdb, wings, and Volatile to survive. That's the basic Stam dk dual wield build.

Haha thank you! Been dk so long I’m venturing beyond into stuff most wouldn’t try and say why bother but it’s bringing new life. It’s just a shame some of these changes coming (speed pot nerf) is really taking it a toll on a lot of the ideas I had

I think it's context. To some of this community hybrid means using both mag/Stam scaling abilities to great use (similar to launch).

To others, myself included, hybrid means you DMG stack your main resource but have a nice secondary stat pool to use a skill that scalesoff the secondary resource for utility. (Basically most stamina builds with a magdump, or mag builds running something like forward momentum).

Either way great video! Reminds me of when blabafat used to roll bow backbar on his magplar lol

Looks like a pretty standard stamdk build to me. I mean im using pretty much the same mag costing abilities you are and I have a higher magpool to boot. But not in a million years would i consider my build to be a hybrid.

By your definition any Magsorc using Dark Conversion is using a hybrid build too.

It's an awesome video and as a guy who played a lot of different hybrids this is the optimal way to set up, magicka defensive, stam offensive. Trying to mix offensive and defence with both sets of skills simply weakens you. JackDaniel doesn't get on his hybrid's much these days, and there's a good reason for it.
