To each their own, I suppose. I got max skill in less than a days time-frame, and a lot of that was sitting afk. Not sure if that's considered efficient. The thought of having to try and pickpocket people, flee the guards when you're caught, run to the Refuge to pay bounty, and then try it again seems very inefficient to me. And again, the point of this thread was not to debate whether getting max legerdemain was worth it, but instead how can they do it the fastest way possible (power level).

    um yea

you think hadrans is the only location in the game with a group of npcs that respawn every couple of minutes? lol

also pretty much all the targets in hadrans are classified as easy marks by the legerdemain system which means on average they give the worst possible loot

I go to a quest instanced location with 20+ hard difficulty npcs that perfectly respawn after a loop but you can stick to hadrans with the other novices

Worst Possible Loot? I'm getting blues and purples quite when I do that, so not sure where this info is coming from.

hadran's is filled with gamblers my guy, they are classified by the game as "easy" legerdemain targets.

that means on AVERAGE, they will give worst loot on picks and kills than a HARD target like a mage or noble npc.

yea you can get a blue item and a purple item from an easy target, and you can get a white item from a hard target.

BUT ON AVERAGE, easy targets give worse loot than hard targets.

thats why i said hadrans is garbage

you are mass killing easy npcs when you could be mass killing hard npcs and getting blues and purples way more often
