To much to quickly.
These changes deserve a full testing cycle with quite a bit more interaction of the class reps on ideas besides just a blanket nerf.
You are into skills that if they don’t define a class are class altering play.
The blanket nerf changes have zero effect on your targeting system which is the main culprit.
There is already a compelling example of how this will promote more ball group play in Cyrodiil which is leading to a nerf of rapids. Again, all to much to quickly.
No mention or feedback at least publicly on using base speed bonuses as armor/play style defining buffs by giving some uniqueness and variety to armor choices and forcing heavy armor uses who want to be fast movers to give up more to get there.
In short, this needs to be moved back one testing cycle, more class rep interaction, and at least some semblance of options and/or out of combat in combat timers for people who don’t want to crawl around the map.
Moving slowly and being snared is the opposite of fun in this game and movement in general is already pretty annoying with no acces to a double jump and pebbles on the roadway becoming concrete wall size obstacles to navigate.
Can we please give this one some more thought and time.
