Berserker and Pack leader

Hello there! I was a little bit bored recently, so I decided to make a werewolf only character for the fun of it after hearing they are hot garbage. Imperial sorcerer, so far works well. Maybe too well (It definitely is broken in sub-50 battlegrounds, first time I got "The merciless" title). I didn't think too much when picking my transformation morph, so I went for Berserker rather than Pack leader, because the extra bleed damage sounded good for breaking through shielded targets.

However, I read that werewolves were revamped recently, and I would like to know if I made the right choice (yes, sure, everything can work, but..). Which doggo is better in which circumstances? Is one of them flat out better?

Pack leader parsed for more. That was pve. Not sure pvp

Leader provides meat shields, and will do more damage to stationary targets.

Berserker does more damage vs moving targets.

Been running Berserker in PVP and having a great time. Bleeds are fantastic on targets. I destroy anyone using non-poison abilities.

Hearing what's been said here, berserker sounds like the better option for pvp and some pve content, while leader is more suitable for pve?

Also, been running imperial, but I'm not too sure that was the best racial choice (I thought the larger stamina pool + tankyness would be a good idea, but I'd also like to hear more about it).

Beserker is far better for PVP. That bleed with claws destroys anyone from light to heavy if your specced right.

You might want to give Orcs a try, their 4% melee damage passive works in Werewolf form and with the nerfs to Swift and Major Expedition on PTS(soon speedpots as well) their extra base movement speed on top of the werewolf movements speed can get you to be pretty fast even while not sprinting. And while their Max stats are not as high as an Imperial they still got Max Health and Max Stamina at 6%. IDK, not a werewolf expert but wanted to give some suggestions cause its something I've been thinking about testing.
