Well, it depends on the achievement and the skin.
If you're speaking of "Sanctified Silver" skin, I'm not sure it will be fair for those who achieved it by completing the requirement: "Acquired by defeating Saint Olms, Saint Llothis, and Saint Felms in the same fight in Veteran Asylum Sanctorium."
While some skins are hard to obtain, allowing skins to be purchased by achievement points as a way bypass the requirements may devalue the skin and the hard work of those who obtained it.

But they obviously can't be as nice as what people get from veteran dungeons or trials. This would give people more of an incentive to complete achievements, and to play the game.

What achivement points use for?
Have an ideas for that . Could use those point to purchase buy skins dyes outfit...for resonable cost . caus it should have other way to get it. there are many of peoples bought DLC just for unlock skin or dye.... some of them may couldnt get becaus dont have time, play for very long time still dont have stuff they want. , wait for same skin sale in store,.... some peoples could very try hard alot to get skin then they just tired and get bored, they have to do over and over... Hm challenger thing.
Eso should make it usefull like spent achivement point.
_ Ex: 1000 achivement point to purchase 1 skin . Its still very hard to get to 1000 point caus if you want to earn 50 point not that easy to get, you have to run HM and do something such as Litany of Blood achivement that took hours.
If said Achivement there have limit of it . And Its yes, this is nother way to get skin and have an end is fine. Just buy skin or dye you like most If it to hard to get( Back up plan ) .the rest you can go find it by play HM challenger thing.
