What achivement points use for?
Have an ideas for that . Could use those point to purchase buy skins dyes outfit...for resonable cost . caus it should have other way to get it. there are many of peoples bought DLC just for unlock skin or dye.... some of them may couldnt get becaus dont have time, play for very long time still dont have stuff they want. , wait for same skin sale in store,.... some peoples could very try hard alot to get skin then they just tired and get bored, they have to do over and over... Hm challenger thing.

Eso should make it usefull like spent achivement point.

_ Ex: 1000 achivement point to purchase 1 skin . Its still very hard to get to 1000 point caus if you want to earn 50 point not that easy to get, you have to run HM and do something such as Litany of Blood achivement that took hours.

If said Achivement there have limit of it . And Its yes, this is nother way to get skin and have an end is fine. Just buy skin or dye you like most If it to hard to get( Back up plan ) .the rest you can go find it by play HM challenger thing.

I am all for ‘achievement’ points actually meaning something. As it is now, they are mostly pointless.

Well, it depends on the achievement and the skin.
If you're speaking of "Sanctified Silver" skin, I'm not sure it will be fair for those who achieved it by completing the requirement: "Acquired by defeating Saint Olms, Saint Llothis, and Saint Felms in the same fight in Veteran Asylum Sanctorium."
While some skins are hard to obtain, allowing skins to be purchased by achievement points as a way bypass the requirements may devalue the skin and the hard work of those who obtained it.
Some videos I recorded for fun: Main character:
PC EU main: Universe - AD magicka Sorcerer, Former Emperor, Grand Overlord, The Merciless, Trial Bosses Solo Champion
Top alts: Genius(stamina/sagicka Dragonknight) The Force(stamina Nightblade) and other chars.
PC NA main: The Magic - AD magicka Sorcerer
Started playing ESO in beta & early access

If OP is suggesting Zos make skins that are unlocked by completing achievements through skill based effort then I would suggest not and also suggest it will never happen. Pretty sure to date those skins are only available by completing those achievements.

Zos has added some different skins via the crown store.

Personally, Zos should have never added achievement points since they do not serve any purpose.

If is unfair for those who have it. Easy
Put all skin in a merchan or something now. They still have skin that they earn and they can buy skin. But like i said is a Back up plan when you dye want it so bad and cant get it.....

Also is very hard to get
Ex:1000 point achivement = 1skin. You see, is not easy to get 50 point right?
Ex: you run vCOS challenger you still get 50 point and skin.... is very fair.
Save point and buy other skin. Done

They should just make new skins to unlock if you complete certain achievements. And maybe add some more costumes to unlock with achievements too. But they obviously can't be as nice as what people get from veteran dungeons or trials. This would give people more of an incentive to complete achievements, and to play the game.

There is an achievement furnishing, but would rather have some other cosmetic function aswell.

I wouldn’t mind buying from a set list of prefix titles with achievement points. Like they have a list of prefix titles that are unobtainable in any other way but you can spend achievement points to get them.
    Like:
    Spinner
    Dread
    Lich
    Priestess
    Master
    Etc

So I can have a “Master” Nikolai Valerius “the Magnanimous”

I can sell you my skin/title. If I re run the achievement I get another to sell. THAT would be ok. Buying it? naw. Skins, mounts, titles for PvE or PvP content should be locked behind getting them. Speed running content doesn't take an hour. To learn? Yes more. To get a group? Yes more. That's the point though.

They definitely need to add some more decent skins. Right now many of the skins make characters look like raisins, or they are just wierd.

Well you see my point. Peoples bought it just want to get thing they want but cant. They even play 2 3 year still cant get even 1 skin they like. They get bored they angry caus they wasted thier money thier time and they quit.
Eso has improve many things now like daily reward.... so why dont move futhur and big

While I don't care about cosmetics and I like getting achievements for the sake of achievements, I like the idea of giving rewards for achievement points just because getting the notification of the skin would feel like an accomplishment.

1000 achieve points are hard to get? I think even my mules have more than that. I must be doing something wrong O_o

Existing skins and other collectibles should not be made available to buy. But I don't see why we can't unlock new collectibles upon reaching 10k, 20k, 30k or some other set values. Encourages people to stick to one char and pile up achievements on them to reach those marks.

Edit: also, you're forgetting no brand new character is going to get the CoS skin immediately after being created, regardless of player skill. You need to get them to 50. You need to get the shards and skills and skillpoints required to properly make a build capable of running vet HM content. That alone should net you 1000 achive points, if not more.

Suffix titles. Titles that come after character name.

    Not entirely.

Effectively, the best solution would be to enable the skin to be bought but a base condition must be met (Such as Completing the “Lesser” version of the achievement such as completing certain dungeons on normal whose veteran achievements unlock said skin.)

Example: Complete the “Maw of Lorkhaj Completed” Achievement to not only get the dye associated with the achievement, but to buy the Dro M’Athra skin in a runebox from a specialised achievement merchant (for an extremely high price only a player with serious gold making skills can afford.)
