Is Soulshine affecting ward now?

Just wondering if the Soulshine set is buffing wards strength now? As it probably should if the cast time goes through. A secondary is has soulshine been affecting Dark Exchange at all?

Neither wards or dark exch benefit from spell-power

I'd guess not because shields only scale from max magicka & Dark Exchange is a set amount.

Lame, honestly it is probably what makes shields busted is the ability to just stack magicka for them. But also it makes certain sets not make sense or be less optimal, light speaker or whatever it is that adds spell power to healing staff abilities doesn't even benefit the most important spell? Like what?

shields would be impacted by soulshine if they scaled off SD. Since they don't, cyro light might be better since it refunds the cost if you are interrupted by using another cast time lol.
