Help with Stable!

Is there any actual stable in the game? Like a furnishing item, I swear I saw one in my friend's house. What's the name/recipe name for it? Help pls.

There's some houses that come with stables like Hunding's Palace or the imperial one in Craglorn.

Some houses have them. You might be able to make one with a combination of furnishings. I made an entire wood sauna out of orcish counters.

Mix

There are two different "sheds" that come with the unfurnished Vvardenfell houses that can be sold to other players. If your friend's stable isn't built-in or custom built then it might be from one of those houses.

Orcish tents/canopies/etc. are also decent as stables. e.g.
