Get of rid of the cast time guys. No one wants it. I’m sorry, it was a bad idea. Letting them be crit and having damage glyphs proc on them was a good idea. The best thing to do, in my opinion is to only allow one shield on a person at a time. This would work for numerous reasons in pvp and pve and would give the desired affect I believe you all (Zos) are goin for. Dungeon content would rely a little more on healers without destroying a characters fast pace gameplay by a cast time shield. Sorcerers in PvP wouldn’t be able to shield stack but could still reliably defend themselves. Call me crazy but I think it’s a solid middle ground for players and devs.
