Not much left worth slapping it on, to be fair... mines? not exactly spammable.. Curse? Again - not spammable err, fury? I guess - but with such a low execute threshold, you're not spamming it for most of the fight already...
um.. Dark exch? They already made it more efficient to not spam ..
Frag? only useable on proc already..
Cage? already impossible to cast on anyone cc-immune - so already effectively has a 7-sec cd (or is it 5 - can never remember)..
err.. What's left for sorc that's spammable? Crushing shock? Nahh - cos others use that... What about that block buff from aegis that nobody uses? Yeah lets add a stacking cost to that?

Hm, what else finds its way onto a sorc bar..? surge? hm, its only cast every 30 seconds - so I guess you could add a cost increase if cast again within 1 minute?
Boundless? OO, now the expedition part only lasts 5 seconds - they could add a stacking cost increase to that! Why not? Don't want sorcs having any kind of mobility now, do we.
Oh and pets.. there's that passive that refunds makica when you re-summon them. Yeah, change that to lose resources instead! Scaled up if you just cast a summoning ability within the last 30 seconds...

Is there any other class so hobbled by 'occasional use' abilities, stuffed for skill-slots because of it - and people keep suggesting adding MORE???
