Should puncturing strikes and morphs (Jabs, sweeps) have its closest target be treated as single target and the cleave remain as aoe, buff the damage of jabs/sweeps by 25%, or have blade cloak have a unique buff at 25% and have major and minor evasion be 15/5%

✭✭✭✭Make it dodgeable, and I'll be okay with it not being affected by Evasion. However as long as it's an undodgeable AoE it should have its damage reduced by Evasion, and rightfully so.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Buff jabs/sweeps damageSpecifically, buff closest enemy damage by an additional 17% (in addition to the 8% buff from first PTS patch), nerf the AoE damage by 17% to compensate.
I don't like unintuitive rule exceptions, and making the closest target damage somehow single target would one of those.0
