How is it acceptable to the community that nightblades can be invisible when you are literally standing right on top of them? Not only can they be invisible while standing right on top of them, but if you aoe, like with steel tornado, they don't get hit or revealed.
WTF ZOS!

LOL are you guys paying to these noobs to die pathetically or what?
First, the enemies in this video are not using a single skill to break cloak. Not one random caltrops, not a damn jabs(there's an op templar in there) not magelight, not acid spray, not mark, no nothing. Nobody is even trying.
Second, this player is %90 getting out using doll dodge, and not cloak.
If you are posting this video as a proof to cloak being op, you are just pathetic lol.

Stop spreading false info. Steel tornado is very good at exposing Nbs. If your standing on top of a NB and spamming st I guarantee you will expose every time.
Hers a tip. L2p. Use detect invis skills, pots, aoes, dots. Works wonders.
Tell us what class you play and I'll tell you how to negate my cloak. Let me guess your a sorc whose upset about shield changes and wants other classes to feel the pain.

I can honestly say that it wouldn't surprise me if ZOS came after our cloaking next. I can see a nerf to cloak where we'd take damage from previously applied DOTs (without pulling us from stealth, of course).
ZOS's direction is to make a player choose between constant engagement in combat vs having to turtle/shield up (or in our case cloak away) to regen/heal before reengaging quickly.
Currently- yeah, our cloak is either OP (because we can pop a heal before cloaking, ignore previously applied DOTs, and then reengage at full health quickly) or our cloak is useless (if DOTs pull us out of stealth).
ZOS's best bet is to allow only previously applied DOTs to tick (without pulling us from stealth) while we stealth away to heal. It gives a little longer reengagement time between combatants. Our NBs will have to choose between quickly reengaging at partial health or reengaging at full health... but at a delayed time.

This guys spams nerf threads and has no desire to improve himself he has serious L2P issues. I am at the point where people like this should be banned from the Forums for 3 days for this sort of stuff

Cloak is indeed too strong, but for other reason (does too much, lack of soft counters and Is heavily in favor of user)
However what you are having is more what paliotologist said. They aren't in the area they cloaked before, both due to movement speed and due to server client delays. Its the same reason its super hard to hit a fast moving target.
