Nightblade stealth so pathetically broken

How is it acceptable to the community that nightblades can be invisible when you are literally standing right on top of them? Not only can they be invisible while standing right on top of them, but if you aoe, like with steel tornado, they don't get hit or revealed.

Hmm never had a problem bringing NBs out of stealth and killing them personally, but I used to main a stam and mag nbs at points so I know exactly how they play.

If you can’t pull them out with tornado you should play a different class

    Also remove invis pots

NB's are easy to pull out of stealth. And yes, steel tornado pulls them out, it's undodgeable.

    WTF ZOS!

That's why, even though I greatly prefer ranged & magicka play in other contexts, my overland main is a stamblade thief. :)

My NB can't do anything like that. Everything pulls my NB out of stealth. Including mudcrabs that may be wandering near by.

It's more than likely a bug...Who has not sometimes had damage mysteriously not take effect on them in PvP?

Hi guys, can someone help me, I think my game is broken, I don't have invincibility or inifnite cloak on my NB. Am I missing a skill off my tree?

So, I have three nightblades: A bosmer stamblade  A dunmer magblade and an argonian saptank (doesn't use stealth)

I can honestly say that it wouldn't surprise me if ZOS came after our cloaking next. I can see a nerf to cloak where we'd take damage from previously applied DOTs (without pulling us from stealth, of course).

ZOS's direction is to make a player choose between constant engagement in combat vs having to turtle/shield up (or in our case cloak away) to regen/heal before reengaging quickly.

Currently- yeah, our cloak is either OP (because we can pop a heal before cloaking, ignore previously applied DOTs, and then reengage at full health quickly) or our cloak is useless (if DOTs pull us out of stealth).

ZOS's best bet is to allow only previously applied DOTs to tick (without pulling us from stealth) while we stealth away to heal. It gives a little longer reengagement time between combatants. Our NBs will have to choose between quickly reengaging at partial health or reengaging at full health... but at a delayed time.

the reason u cant bring them out of stealth is because they are not where u think they are.
they are not standing there, they are at another location and you were fooled.

If you can't bring them out of stealth is either server lag or a desync placing your oponent on front of you on your screen but in reality he is 10 meters away... get a better Internet conection... it helps

cloak is so broken atm that even with the magelight debuff on nbs you can still cloak. Honestly they need to just make it an ult or just remove it if they cannot program stealth and detection properly

LOL are you guys paying to these noobs to die pathetically or what?

First, the enemies in this video are not using a single skill to break cloak. Not one random caltrops, not a damn jabs(there's an op templar in there) not magelight, not acid spray, not mark, no nothing. Nobody is even trying.

Second, this player is %90 getting out using roll dodge, and not cloak.

If you are posting this video as a proof to cloak being op, you are just pathetic lol.

I watched about 15 seconds of that video and thought the same thing. Forward momentum and dodge roll, not cloaking. And ZOS is nerfing dodge roll more then shield stacking.

L2P issue, use Radiant Light it prevent stun from stealth and reduces their damage also have good area to detect.

Cloak is not broken but you need to learn what NB are and how to get them!

Stop spreading false info. Steel tornado is very good at exposing Nbs. If your standing on top of a NB and spamming st I guarantee you will expose every time.

Hers a tip. L2p. Use detect invis skills, pots, aoes, dots. Works wonders.

Tell us what class you play and I'll tell you how to negate my cloak. Let me guess your a sorc whose upset about shield changes and wants other classes to feel the pain.

Cloak is indeed too strong, but for other reason (does too much, lack of soft counters and Is heavily in favor of user)

However what you are having is more what paliotologist said. They aren't in the area they cloaked before, both due to movement speed and due to server client delays. Its the same reason its super hard to hit a fast moving target.

    Steel tornado literally disables nb's.

Ive spammed it 100-0 several times on several nb's who rely on it.

Cloak sucks vs people who know what they're doing.

It is literally the most countered skill in the game there is a pot that soft counters it...
