Anyone else getting endless load screens

Is anyone else getting either an endless load screen or an increadably long one and then getting a lot of lag and extreme server lag
I just got a brand new laptop and downloaded after 1 week and I went from 10+ fps and about 100 ping
To 1 fps and 999+ ping
I have no idea why it would be working worse on a brand new out of the box laptop

✭Oh yeah.. all last week, but seem to be better following this week's maintenance; at least for me. However, still the spell of a momentarily bad lag spike going on here and there after arriving from a wayshine travel. Only had one loading crash so far this week versus 10 or more in a game session last week. -

✭Often. Maybe has nothing to do with it, but have you tested disabling your addons? Sometimes it seems to help even though it's a tedious and unwelcome fix. ESO has too many addons which are almost crucial to the game experience. They should implement more of the features like assist rapid riding. Or add another skill slot or skill bar for riding. Too much sloppy design and development. -

The long loading screens happen a lot on console, even with no add-ons. -

I can say that the server has been having random disconnects on many occasions, and on at least 3 occasions within the past week, I've ended up with 'endless loading screens' when changing between characters. This is somewhat unusual, and has been noticeable since Wolfhunter dropped. Again, no actual information from the devs, and I know for a fact that my internet is good (i'm on TS pretty much all time I'm on game, and no lag there). Also, if I'm dealing with a random disconnect, I seem to be working at normal speed (no lag), until, suddenly, I'm at login again, no warning.
