You can still login and create a character on the EU servers, even at level 3 it takes maybe 10 minutes and there are plenty of folks in chat willing to port you to the shrines.
If you are a steam player you need to find the ESO64.exe file and run that directly, then select the EU server and log your information in manually.
That's not entirely correct: as a Steam player, you have to start ESO, and on the character selection screen hit 'Back'. It will take you to the login screen, and you can choose the EU server instead of NA.2 -

More events like this please, ZOS! So great to see the community come together regardless of what reason they play the game for. Honestly never seen anything like the level of participation in an MMO event that we saw here.
Now I get to have my GIANT HOUSE on those EU servers with a plant in the middle of the main room and nothing else, while trying to work out how to furnish the NA ones (never really bothered with furnishings before, because all I had to put stuff in was the size of a closet

I am happy we got the house, but I don't understand why people who did nothing also get it!?!?! I have people in my guilds saying how they're going to get a house and never did a thing.
Why is this??? It kinda pisses me off that people who intentionally did nothing now get a huge house, when most of the rest of us scrambled around on both servers, and even on multiple platforms in some cases to makeup for missing people. I get that we had to makeup for people who stopped playing the game or were physically unable to get on the game, but shouldn't have to makeup for people who had the opportunity to get and didn't.
Bottom line - no achievement, no house.7 -

Having already done it on both servers, I spent all my gaming time last night doing Artaeum shuttles on NA, then an hour doing the same on EU. And even logged into NA again this morning before work and shuttled a few more peeps.

Of course they will be selling furniture packs for the house. They already told us that! And why shouldn’t they? I think it’s the natural move on their part... They’d have been dumb not to.
You didn’t have to do the event. You don’t have to buy the furniture. You don’t even have to pay property taxes! Why is a free house such a burden on you and the other complainers?13 -

Well, they bought Summerset at some point, so they contributed that, at least.
If they don't own Summerset, they're not getting a pet, mount OR house.
And eh, them doing nothing meant that they missed out on the fun. And it was indeed fun - I love exploration-based things anyway, but here we had the community involvement, and also the chaos of rolling a fresh character on another server and running around being chased by half the game world.

Socialism works when everyone chips in and works hard and no one gets too greedy to get everything bought and paid for. I like to think ESO is not totally pay2win anymore now that they are giving away freebees with new events such as large houses only exclusive to the Bourgeoisie (players who spend alot of money) in most MMORPG games. Thank you ZOS!
