First of all, thank you for removing passive dodge. It was cheap and rewarded unskilled playstyles, having the game avoid damage for the player.

Also thank you for making scatter shot full range. Stamina can finally have real a ranged cc.

Now for the shield nerfs. I'm all for shields taking crit damage. This should have happened a long time ago. Making armour resistance count for shields is a fair tradeoff. I'm not sure about the cast time though. As much as I hate magsorcs, shields are their only viable defense and giving it a cast time gives high dps players a 1s window to completely burst them down. They can also be cc'd.

I'm also extremely disappointed that you refused to give the old arena weapons their 1pc bonuses back, despite the new black rose weapons having a 1pc bonus for the perfected version. Please reconsider.

Also, you failed to address the 2h melee pve dps disparity. An easy fix would have been to remove the light attack nerf you implemented in Summerset.
