Did not receive crown crates from 8/31/2018 Stream [PC-NA]

I watched the entire stream, have my accounts linked and even commented in the live chat. the stream did go out a couple times for me but I was still left as "watching" the stream in my status.
I usually get my crates from such things and I had no issues with the Quakecon crates I got those in a timely fashion. I would have submitted a ticket but I do not know which kind I should file it under.
