Death to the Crone Quest Progression Bug

Decided to take one of my very early characters to PvE in Cyrodiil for a change.
Doing the dailies in Vlastrus and on the last quest "Death to the Crone" requires me to kill an NPC in a delve called "Barasatii".
I was able to kill that NPC 3 times, and that quest never ticked as completed. I tried moving around a bit, killing that NPC from various positions, still no go.
I submitted this through in-game bug reports with a screenshot about 7-10 days ago, and still nothing done about it.
