In curious how many people have alt accounts to log into so they can take advantage the 100k daily reward.

This poll would’ve been better private because now you have people basically admitting they’re about to tank the worth of gold (more than it already is) by collecting it on multiple accounts.

i do have a second account but honestly money isnt a issue for me anymore-got more than i can spend even after i bought many houses

1. So they can buy a programme to run bots in game, gather all resources and move them to their main account, the main account then sells at large quantities earning them alot of gold.

2. They list something in guild stores at a very high price and then buy it on the other account making it look like others are buying at that price in the hope others will buy it overpriced also.

100k sounds like a lot, but then I have around 13-14 mil spread among my characters, so it really won't change things that much. (Weird, that. I'm crazy stingy in game, but kind of a spendthrift IRL.)

Neither of your two reasons are what I would consider "legitimate." Just my opinion.

Legitimate purpose #1

Item storage, so we can actually play characters on our main account instead of forcing them to be mules. Craft bag and 2x bank storage are relatively new to the game.

I have my original account that has been here since beta and I still play.
When it came out on steam, and had a free to play weekend, I made an account on steam.
However I have logged onto that account so few times.

I also have my X1 account that I had 'copied' from PC back during the promotion.

Plenty of people have alt accounts that do nothing being suggested here. The most obvious is for storage or to increase the number of daily quests they can do.

Quick math, lets say it takes 3 minutes to login, and how many daily rewards are there? 20-25 per month? You are talking an hour to 75 minutes. Plenty of ways to make 100k in that time. I mean if you are already logging in, great, but I dont see this as being something worth exploiting to be honest.

Real reason? I like selling, pvp, and trials so there isn't enough guild slots for me to do what I want. Send items to my alt to sell in guild traders while my main has 2 trials guilds, 2 pvp guilds, and 1 social/do everything guild. Plus sometimes its nice to be able to log on and quest on a low level character and not be bothered by people who want me to do something.

I'm an invested player and 100k is still a nice chunk of change. I'd certainly go out of my way to pick it up.
