It's 20 on a gaming router, it's actually been a lot better gameplay since these changes. Side note if you're not getting the internet you've paid for from your ISP then contact the FCC about it. I did that twice on the second time the president of the company's region for where I live personally took care of it. Is this company frontier? If so yeah contact fcc.

1. Are you playing Wired or Wireless? Hint, play Wired
2. Have you opened the ports on your router? (use Port Triggering https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1133/)
3. Are you the only one on your router? Streaming can mess with your game
4. To that end, are you running an app that streams your game to the cloud?
5. Have you done a speed test just prior to launching the game, during the game, and then after shutting it down?
6. Is this during prime time (3PM to 11PM)
