Petrify?

For some reason I can’t use petrify 95% of the time. Is there like a specific condition that must be met for me to use it. I’ll be in a fight and the skill will just be greyed out

It's one of those skills that you can only cast on a target that isn't immune to hard CC. That includes people under the CC immunity cool down in PVP.

your half right and half wrong petrify has a cooldown timer on it too

Actually? If petrify can have it why not other skills ZOS!!!!!

Petrify is a stun and an immobilize, but someone that has CC immunity ie: breaking free, immovablity potion ect,ect,ect
cannot be stunned until their immunity is up.

You can cast it over and over on multiple targets but on the same target it will have to wait till their cc immunity runs out.
