This is the succint reply that has been written as my guild mates kept complaining how battleground queues are broken. Asking how dungeons queue is broken. Wondering about why Keelsplitter Summerset boss is broken since Wolfhunter. Wondering why Queen (another boss), since Wolfhunter, 50% of the time is invisible. Wondering why the two Gryphon bosses 25% of the time reset the fight back to full health...

Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.8 -

Have you seen how broken it dyes?!the costume itself is beautiful, it really is, its why I personaly grabbed it as soon as I saw it. and it doesn't dye badly either except... for this one thing.
this is not the color combination I normally use, but I have chosen it here, becasue its contrasting and shows exactly what I mean
see how that blue is shifted? I'm reasonably sure that that blue is supposed to cover the armor piece on the hip and not be shifted so half the armor piece is the color of the chainmail. this is NOT a cheap costume, so it would be quite nice if you guys fixed this.

P.S. it also seems and I just noticed this, that the whole dye stamp is shifted, so that the there is a very odd widening of color on the back flap of the skirt, while the front is condensed and color encroaches on the front flap where it shouldn't, judging by the actual costume design. its like instead of there being a single point that covers the flap, it mirrored itself on either side of it.

Didn't see that but I do now that you point it out. It's not enough to bother me since I think this costume overall is really quite nice. The mix of mail and mesh is awesome.2 -

✭ofc, thats how ZOS rolls. Queues are broken since release and never worked 100% reliably like in other games. But if Crown Store is down for just 2 Hours -> EMERGENCY SERVER MAINTENANCE INCOMMING

✭✭✭✭✭Anyway, back to the original faulty proposition.
ESO has countless assets, all of which do behave slightly differently from developer server to test server to live server. So it's incredibly difficult to predict a conflict until it's observable on the live server.
But firstly, crowns have no monetary value. So the crown store itself is not comparable to a nexus of commerce that does have economic value. The crown store never removes money from players.
Secondly, repairs take time because you have to diagnose the problem, document the problem, calculate the solution, create the solution, and then publish the solution. It's easy to have a sassy reply when you're not the one in charge of fixing things.
Thirdly, the crown store has its own aperture so it can be taken down independently of the game. But that works for an interface with limited assets that don't directly impact game access. A PVP aperture would knock out all PVP when disabled. A dungeon aperture would knock out all dungeon and group play. So while it's not the ideal situation, working on fixes patch to patch keeps the assets that are working up without disrupting the people who want to use those as an alternative to the broken feature.

Yuuup.
Want to know a trick that will drive you insane? If you ever encounter the bug where your toon is stuck in combat for an extended period of time for no reason, opening the crown store is the only reliable fix.
