This "no name shaming of cheaters" policy is absolutely ridiculous. Why let the cheaters remain anonymous and continue unhindered with what they're doing? If someone is proven to be cheating then they should be humiliated for everyone to see - that just might prevent some of them from doing it again.

@lordrichter tickets, that's funny.
I can't count how many I've sent only to see nothing was done.
Bots were still in the same places, same bots. People using bot programs still there.
The tickets just keep bot problem out of sight. Forum puts it out in the open for everyone to see and discuss.
I mean, how many people have placed tickets and see the same results, nothing done
Quick question, how do you recognise a bot?

For PC, the easy ones are usually running in a line killing mosters in a loop that circles back after they respawn. This can either be bots or multiboxers, but the ones I see are usually independent bots. Either way, it is against the ToS and they can be reported.
The harder ones are solitary node farmers. They don't stand out, and so they are hard to find. I would imagine these are rarely reported.
