Bug Report: Skills cannot be morphed without reloading UI first

Happened to me multiple times, I have seen message on screen Skill X can now be morphed but when I went to skill screen to morph itIt was still missing some EXPERIENCE on it's exp bar. So I reloaded UI and it fixed the problem, but than anothewr skill had the same issue and 2 more. Each time reloaduing UI worked.
PS: Turned of all addons that could change UI on the skill screen view, was still happening.
