Exploration code not working

Hi,
Sorry to disturb you, but I have a problem when I try to validate my exploration pack code for the game. The website says the code is not correct. But I have a photo with the form with 2 codes (exploration pack and imperial edition) and the second one has worked perfectly. I have alos tried several times to be sure to avoid mistake. If a stuff member can help me, it would be great ! I have tried to contact them via the helpdesk but I have received a message saying there will be no answer... I can send the photo with the 2 codes to prove their authenticity (the imperial code is activiated on my account).

✭✭✭✭✭You are required to have a support ticket number to receive any sort of help from ZOS, @phenixcristal.
Once you've completed that, you can list the ticket number in your thread, here ... where a friendly mod will see it.
