    150 crowns? Really?

Who came up with that ridiculous figure? I was expecting at least an increase to 1800 or 2000. This is just sad.

Well, it depends on the view point I guess - I am anyway on ESO+, so to me that is an extra 10% in crowns, something extra each month in form of an item and eventually something extra to buy from the crown store with my extra crowns. So what is not to like with this - I did not expect it, so it is a welcome surprise to me.

If it is a move to enhance subscriptions though, I doubt that it will have a huge effect. But as a loyalty reward, it is welcome.

I'll wait to comment on the loyalty rewards since there's not enough detail.

But when they said they were increasing crowns, I expected at least a decent increase. 150 isn't enough to buy anything of substance, and that's only a 900 crown increase for a 6 month sub. Not enough to really matter.

I'm a longtime subber so it's not a huge deal to me, but when they said they were going to increase the value, I expected something to, well...increase the value. I highly doubt people will be jumping at the chance for an extra 150 crowns.

Yeah, that is what I meant with it - if it is done to get more subscriptions, the effect will not be a huge one - but as an extra for subscribers, who would keep ESO+ anyway, it is a welcome raise.

Unless they add cheaper things that crown increase doesn’t look appealing or a reason for someone to sub. Hopefully the free item and offers are more appealing.

And it would be nice to add something for pvpers for once.

What would you like to see? Since the CS is mostly cosmetic, with some consumable items, I'm not sure what in the store is specifically PvE or solo only vs. PvP.

I think the Crown increase is fine, since we'll be getting a FREE item every month. Plus, with exclusive offers, they could be special items, old limited-time items or even special discounts. All together, that's pretty nice.

I’m talking about for eso plus not the crown store.

And what could they possibly give you?

I don't PvP much (at all), but does ESO+ give 10% more AP like it does XP? If not, that would be something it could add.

LOL, absolutely no, that would be PAY TO WIN, as EMPEROR status is gained by getting AP.

I'm just not so sure that this was for us. I have a feeling that sub figures have slipped because of all the performance and connection issues, so ZOS is trying to sweeten the pot to get those subbers back.

It's just a weird and awkward way to sweeten the pot - vague details on loyalty and crown specials, and a 150 crown raise. If they want subbers back, they should be giving us all the details from the start, let us know the rewards affect new and existing subs from Murkmire forward (which they hopefully do), and get those resubs generating NOW.

The vagueness doesn't help them in the slightest. ZOS really needs to get better PR and marketing.

    They could add something like:

Sub 1 month: you get 1650 crowns

Sub 3 months: you get 1700 Crowns per month

Sub 6 months: you get 1750 crowns per month. This way you can get for example enough crowns to buy the mechant and banker, and would encourage people to buy the 6 moths in advance.

That would be pretty cool, also hopin the reward are not mimic stones, potions and crap like that.

Based on non-sale CAD prices, and assuming the subscription prices don't change, the cost per crown will be cheaper with all subscription options than the cost per crown of the 750 and 1500 crown packs, and the cost per crown for the 6 month sub is also cheaper than the cost per crown of the 3000 crown pack, but the cost per crown is higher for all of the sub options than it is for any of the larger crown packs.

Not that the crowns are the main reason why I subscribe.

While your idea has merit, Xbox users cannot purchase multiple month packages. Our only option is the month-to-month subscription. This would just be another slap in the face to a segment of the console population.

Lovely environment, it has a bit of the feel of Vvardenfell's bitter coast, just a little darker and more moist. People often say that Vvardenfell hasn't a lot to offer, but I really like the environment there and Murkmire will be lovely as well.

I doubt there are enough people who hang on to disguises to make that one worthwhile. I mean I hang on to one of every single disguise in the game, and it'd be great if those didn't take up inventory space, but I really think you and I are in the minority on that by quite a bit.

I think the crown increase was needed to address the inflation of crown items in the store, they have been creeping upward at an alarming pace. The loyalty reward for subscribers is something I've seen called for many times in this forum, and I am glad they've finally decided to do something about it. It's nice to acknowledge when people are repeat customers or regulars.

I like crafting with all of my characters, therefore there is no way around ESO+ - it is just so convenient and saves me the hassle with inventory management. On PC NA, where I have my new characters, those can even play with just 80 inventory slots quite well - I normally keep 50 free before I go on a quest in order to fill it up with stuff I find whilst questing. This would not be possible if crafting stuff would clutter my inventory - but that is all automatically tucked away in my crafting bag.

I actually just canceled both my subs a few days ago (one monthly and the other every six months). The additional 150 crowns is not tempting me at all to resub. However, an increase here could potentially draw me back considering all the homestead furnishings I'd like to purchase in the future.

Yet I'm still listening and will wait to hear more details considering how the current info is a bit vague.

Moar housing slots ZOS? Would be a good time to increase this, even on a smaller scale!
Can I hit agree on this more times?

I have to say, that crown increase just seems so minuscule that I'm not sure why they bothered.. I'm not complaining about more stuff, but it just seems a little silly. Its not like its enough to actually make eso+ more attractive so I don't really understand the purpose. Maybe its just to aggravate my OCD more by making my number of crowns not be a nice round number...
