Problem with daily quest "Parts of the whole" in Wrothgar

We bought Wrothgar and faced following problem only 5 of the 6 daily delves quest can be shared with us. The quest Parts of the Whole: can not be shared with both accounts of me and my wife despite the fact we have finished the quest “An Unexpected Fall” that was given by Raynor and Zthenganaz is marked as white on our maps. Any idea why this dwemer parts quest can not be shared with us or what else we should try before we send a ticket to support?
