The stairs in Cyrodiil are equally as dumb.
If you run down them mounted, you just kinda miss most of the stairs and land in a heap at the bottom missing half of your HP.

Well if you run straight at reallife stairs you might fall too ^^

It's a khajiit bridge. They all sit there and laugh at the foreigners falling on their mer backsides during moon sugar festivals.

Yeah, it is not really that steep, but taken with a tele-objective, which distorts the perspective - still, it is a steep bridge. This tele-objective distortion can as well often be seen in videos, where the insane approach to certain airports in cross winds is shown, like to Kai Tak in Hongkong or Santiago in Chile - depending on the perspective the runway appears more or less steep, even it is nearly totally leveled.

Kai Tak closed in 1998, partly for the safety concerns, the airport you arrive at now is out on an artificial island and is much more like other airports, ie awful and and a tourist trap. You can still see where Kai Tak was, it seems absurdly small when I drive past on the circular road.

Not worried about the Khajiits as they are graceful creatures, but I could see many drunk Nords in the ER because of this.
This, it give extra entertainment, also it make the carts slow down before entering the village.
And slow them down then they leave. Heavy carts who want to leave fast is suspicious.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Yep, in Japan:

I know this is a skewed perspective pic, but I could only imagine the nightmare traveling this thing with a stick shift. lol

That sort of thing isn't too bad; it's (mostly) stationary traffic like Oxford's perma-jam that's painful. I'm just glad I drive an automatic now. Okay, I still prefer manual, but I also prefer to not have a crunchy knee.

Yeah I referred to kai tak because in most videos where you see cross wind approaches to kai tak, the angle taken with a tele-objective is rather steep - due to that the approach was a steep one there with a late turn to align with the runway - and from this perspective the runway looked even shorter and distorted - this is why I chose this as an example for perspective distortion in pictures and videos. And this distortion is enhanced even more with cross wind approaches, where the plane has to land angled to the runway and just align last moment on touch down. This looks even more dangerous with perspective distortion.

It is even more weird if you drive an off-roader with automatic - like I do now - VW Amarok v6, 8-speed automatic - to drive a 4x4 truck with automatic on gravel, dirt and mud tracks feels weird, but I have to say, the electronic controlling the automatic is awesome. I never thought it would work out well without manual gear box, but it does, actually it's really good.

There is a difference between a complaint and a critique.

Just didn't want to scare anyone from visiting me in Hong Kong. I have heard people still saying, I'm not landing there. :)

As a mechnical engineer the thing the bothers me the most is that bridges dont have a gradual slope. If you would try and drive your car over one of the Tamriel bridges it would be like slamming into an angled brick wall.

I have been a couple of times not far away from you on the other side of the border - Shenzhen - but we normally go via PEK to SZX.

Theres a lot of architectural headscratchers in the game. Mournhold is the biggest one of them all for me. The place is nothing but stairs with only one entrance that isnt on a raised platform flanked by stairs (The docks). But right inside the front gate is a stable. How did these mounts get in and out of the gates? The risk of breaking a leg would be there every time someone tried to take a mount in and out of the city, more importantly no mounts would be able to go anywhere beyond the first level of the city because everything else is only accessible from stairs. Theres a wagon and horse up near the docks that could only have gotten there by way of boat. Its possible it came in via the bridge but that is partially stairs as well.
