DK Tank; what goes on other bar?

On my first bar i have the sword and shield and taunt skill, damage shields, etc. What are you supposed to use the second bar for?

Here is how my bar usually looks like on my DK Tank when in Dungeons

• Igneous Shield
• Pierce Armor
• Heroic Slash
• Hardened Armor
• Absorb Magic
• Aggressive Horn

• Unrelenting Grip
• Inner Beast
• Choking Talons
• Echoing Vigor
• Absorb Magic
• Replenishing Barrier

Since Absorb Magic is a sword & shield skill, I see that @paulsimonps runs sword & shield on both bars. My DK tank does the same. I wouldn't argue with someone running an ice staff on the back bar - mostly for Blockade - and I tried it but went back to sword & shield. I pug a fair number of dungeons and tank a fair number of world bosses with randoms. May sound silly but I want that shield to be very prominent (on both bars) so everyone knows who the tank is and (hopefully) acts accordingly by letting me do initial pull and getting on the other side of the boss from me.

Kind of the same thing when I'm pugging with my healer - I try to look the part ('magey' in her case) to help folks identify my role.

Drop the second absorb magic and use balance for unlimited Magica, for chains/healing

@Gprime31 or have really high magicka recovery and never have that issue. I dislike balance and will not use it, I know others use it but I don't have to play exactly like everyone else. I prefer the high magicka recovery set up better.
