Its past the time for the master writ vendor (who is House Hlaalu) to expand his presence. does not house"H" consider all of Vv to be their private reserve? wouldn't the they absolutely have a representative in both Vv and Alinor, I would think they wold go to war if they were not allowed to have one of their House reps in both places.
