Theres little things that scale from stamina/magicka for tanks in the current update, so I (and many other tanks) prefer to put everything in HP. Armor glyphs should be all prismatic, and with triune trait on jewelry it will be 15k stam/mag and 40k+ HP. For me 15k is enough (I use Red Orzoga), but if youu feel like need more resources, use 3-stat food, which will result in 19k stam/mana, whick is more than enough.
For weapons the most important is to have infused crusher. In the current patch you need it only main bar, as even back bar skills (like blockade of storms) procs your current (thus main) bar enchant. For the back bar id suggest shock damage for extra concussion, trait is not that relevant, you can go with infuse or decisive, both options will have little effect for now.
But in the next patch infused on back bar will be far ahead, as you'll continue to proc back bar enchants even on the main bar if you use say destro staff with blockade of storms on back bar. So infused will be the only trait to have full strength even whe staying mostly on back bar. So youll be able to uptime both infused crusher and infused damage (with taunt/la/ha on main bar and with blockade of storms from your back bar destro). So place your crusher enchantment on the bar, you are most comfortable to proc it with, as it is the most important

I don't put any points into health... I sit at 36k health 23k stam/mag & I don't have undaunted levelled yet.
Agreed infused crusher enchant front bar is what you want since it has a 5 second duration and a 4.5 second cooldown so is possible to get 100% up time, alternate puncture/slash every 4.5 seconds, or weave a light attack.
Back bar go weakening enchant, infused/charged. Can use an absorb health/magicka enchant if preferred.
Next patch will be interesting with the changes to enchants, both tanks/dds/healers will see build differences since 2 enchants can be procced simultaneously with equal uptime.

Do you use health enchants then? I was running the same setup (except all attributes in stamina) until Morrowind update with 3-stat glyphs on Imperial and it was 29k HP.
