    Uh...

Maybe if you bury some of the rocks in the ground except for the tip? Or some of the mushrooms?

    Maybe something like:https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/mushrooms-poison-pax-cluster/

I was thinking the Harvester's Ore, available from any Blacksmithing merchant if you have the achievement. It's not the cheapest dung, but it does at least look like it I suppose.

Really disappointed in this achievement. A boring black rock that's supposed to be rare ore? It should have been a rubedite ore node or even some shiny gold nuggets. That would have made it worthwhile.

The rough bread morsels work great for dog turds but it would take a lot of them to make a horse sized pile.

If only you could place raw copper ore
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Speaking of being disappointed in achievement furnishings maybe try and use the pile of loot you get access to by fencing a million gold worth of items. That furnishing is a pile of something but it ain't loot. Might also work as a pile of dead leaves.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

Lol, I want a horse whose emote is defecating. That would be endless fun in PVP.
I am mostly pleased with the current state of ESO. Please do continue to ban cheaters though and you guys have to find out who is duping gold and how because the economy is currently non-functional.

And the copper veins are so pretty! Wish we had some shiny white gold ones!

Potatoes. If need be, turn them upside down.
