Charged Staves questions for Healer.

With the changes to how backbar enchantments will now work as of next patch, I wanted to ask a few questions regarding the viability of the Charged Weapon Trait.

I typically play a Healer with a Precise Resto with an Absorb Magic enchant and a Precise Lighting Staff enchanted with Crushers (probably not optimal but I PUG a lot and most PUG tanks don't run crushers from my experience anyways) but I was thinking that with WoE proccing my Lightning Staff enchantment instead of my Resto enchant, would it be better to trait change my Lighting Staff to Infused with a Fire Enchant and my Resto staff to Charged to maintain a better uptime of both the burned status effect as well as Off Balance while on my Resto Bar? I'm aware that Off balance has a cooldown and can only be optimally used every 15-20 seconds or so but I just wanted some feedback on this change to see if I should save up some Transmute Crystals for my Staves after burning thru my reserves changing the traits on all my jewelry or just stay the course as I am right now?

Set up is Olorimes + Worm but I also have IA/Jovuld/Sanctuary should I need to swap gear around.
Thanks in advance.

There's good reasons to use all traits on resto except sharpened. The answer to your question is yes. Charged would help for what you want, but remember it's on resto staff so missing destro passive.

Another thing that's fun (not optimal though), is if you're the mending healer (or another set that can be single barred as a resto (i.e. not things like olorime which are better single barred on lightning), you can run a perfected asylum lightning and use crushing shock to keep up the status effects. If the other healer is committed to keeping up ele drain on everything you don't have to use up the extra slot and can just replace ele drain.
