Veteran Aetherian Archive - The Mage: 1st set of Axes not spawning

When: Around 20 to 30 seconds into the fight The Mage will summon 2 Spectral Axes.
Everytime?: Seems to be happening quite often again i'd say 50% of the time.
What happens: The Mage summons the first 2 Axes but none appear. Not invisible. They simply fail to spawn at all.
What is meant to happen: The Mage summons 2 Spectral Axes and these are taken by a Tank.
Since when has this been happening: Hard to say but I believe since a few weeks if not a month after Summerset launch. Possibly since Summerset but I think we'd of heard of it sooner.
