Any changes to BiS with this patch?

For Mag and Stam

As of now I’m assuming no, as no big class/gear changes have occurred, but was curious if PTS dps tests told a different tale.

At this point I’m just starting to hold on to any and all gear, assuming it’ll be BiS someday....

    Back bar enchants are only triggered by back bar abilities. And vice versa. So infused flame enchants on the back bar are performing better than spell/weapon dmg.

    Stam "might" be better off with absorb stam or disease on the bow for ehail / caltrop / pinject ticks instead of poisons, in which case infused vMA bow's might be better than nirnhoned.

    I haven't tested or seen parses though so grain of salt.

    Hard to test anything on stam, especially with a bow, considering bow animations have been completely broken for 2 consecutive PTS patches now.

    The change to enchant procs is a pretty minor change that might have a very good effect on the meta. If it's possible to run absorb stamina without a significant DPS loss (as it is now by not running poisons), that'll be a nice little boost to non-NB builds that struggle with resources.

    Unfortunately, there are no other really significant combat/gear changes so far. The only thing slightly interesting is Blood Moon, which appears to do similar DPS to other meta sets on some builds (e.g., stamsorc with Relequen + Blood Moon) ... but that's on a target skeleton. Managing the proc in real content will be a pain, so that said it looks like the gear meta is going to stick through this patch.

    nothings really changed ever honestly ive been running the same build and it still hits the hardest so really whatever worked before works now

    If you’re struggling with resources that sounds like a L2B (learn to build) problem.
    There are plenty of methods in game to improve sustainability.
