If I want it enough for some character fluff, I will buy it. If not, then I won't. At this price... well, no worse then buying a special mount becuase it fits one of your characters theme, yes?

Nothing against Zos, nothing to do with cash shop, nothing to do with wether the effect is "persistent" I just like to keep it fresh to death. We were both quite happy with the deal and ZOS gets some money so everybody wins. At the current price point, I find it very reasonable for the effect if it's something I'll actually use. If one comes along that I have no interest in, I'll likely pass on it or at least offer up less and see if anyone is still interested.0 -

Besides really only playing my magicka sorc that would mean only the destro staff would be useful to me.
