I can't link my twitch account

I'm trying to do this: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/41809/kw/twitch but in the "linked accounts" section there is no button to link any account. I'm missing something? I don't know what to do

Late post I know, but I'm on ps4 NA and having the same problem where I cant link account. I disabled popup blocker too on my laptop
