Unable to connect to game server

I started playing again recently on Xbox One X. I am constantly getting "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." I have run the network and multiplayer tests repeatedly and they always test fine and my NAT type is "Open". I play on NA servers. Has anyone else been having this problem of late? I'd really like to play my new Summerset content but I can't stay in the game longer than 5 - 15 minutes before it kicks me and gives me the message. I play ALL other online games just fine...BF4, BF1, PUBG, etc.
