Question about a ticket

I submitted a ticket about recovering a deleted character and items. After a few emails they said it would be taken up with another advanced team, but that was a week ago and still nothing. Should i submit another ticket or just accept that it probably won't be resolved?

    Creating double tickets can do more harm than good, but you could reply to your mail again. :)
    Keep at it until you're talking to a real person instead of an automated response, and then explain the situation.
