Anyone still noticing lightning staff heavy attacks not registering?

Yes and seems to be getting worse. Its not quite game breaking yet but it is getting there. Its annnoying to the point of ruining the fun.

Sorry, but "LOS" as a dev's excuse is nonsense. As a healer, I can stand right in front of a target, having the crosshair centered on it, but still a full heavy attack with the healing ward often does not trigger. Instead the healing ward shakes like mad. You can then try for 3, 4, 5 times, it just does not work. I then have to use any skill to break the error condition, but that requires magicka - that you wanted to get from the heavy attack... It really sucks how ZOS forces people into a playstyle of heavy attacks when these attacks often do not work at all. And it is getting worse over the months...

I get this all the time with lightning staves. I have to closely watch to make sure the attack is actually happening.

Been going on for a very long time now. Ended up unsubbing and gradually stopped playing because I grew sick of it. Nothing quite like being a healer only for half of your group to wipe, because you couldn't heal on time due to being stuck in an invisible heavy attack

Having this problem a lot now, with both lightning staff and resto staff heavies. Animation is there kinda, but nothing happens, sometimes only the last tick from the channel "connects" and does damage. And yeah just in front of enemies, no los or anything in between.

Same here when i'm on my lightning stave wielding Disco Sorc ™ ...

Recently after the jester festival began i tried lvling my alt sorc and I decided to go with random normal for extra exp.
While doing the dungeon my lightning staff heavy and restoration staff heavy did not work, only light attacks worked and skills worked fine. I felt my mouse not working properly for the first but today again it happened.
I did not get this bug with my magica warden with lightning and restoration staff with whom i do battlegrounds regularly.
Plz look into this as it is not possible to restore magica without heavy attacking
