Soooo, I am being haunted by a ghost...

Ghost npc keeps spawning at the end boss in dungeons, and in Cloudrest (on all difficulties, I ran both normal cloudrest, and was working on vCR+3).

He is the NPC from the quest "Next of Kin" in Stormhaven (delve quest). I did not complete that quest, so he is not getting off my tail :)

All hardmode trials done on NA

    Introduce your ghostly stalker to The Prophet, or any of the other stalker-tastic NPCs, and see if they’ll lead him away!

    Odd that he keeps spawning at end bosses not linked to his quest.
    It looks like they just used a generic "check for end boss" code assuming that players would turn it in right away.

    I've already got Nanwen, Lodorr and the Aldmeri Spies from Sanguine's Demesne, and they don't stand me up everywhere but boss battles when I call them.

    When I realised this was happening I kept the quest on some of my characters to see how many times he appears. Here he is in Razak's Wheel

    LOL! I had a similar problem with a ghost named "Uggissar" from a quest in Eastmarch. He haunted me in Cardle of Shadows and Halls of Fabrication.

    But the best so far was one of my guild mates who had Irien from Stros'm Kai to follow her to Cloudrest and try to offer a quest for her :D

    Hmm I'm more interested in the characters name dead on the ground there, then this npc

    I wonder if you can get them both to show up at the same time now? That would be funny. Maybe there are enough out there to start a "ghost gala" / "spirit soiree" / "poltergeist party" / "dead dance"....
