2 items: When you deal damage, you have a 15% chance to create either a ring of fire or ring of molten earth around you for 10 seconds, which deals 11-1000 Flame damage or 11-1000 Physical damage every 1 second. Standing within the ring grants you 2-200 Spell Damage or 2-200 Weapon Damage. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.


I managed to buy the infused domihaus monster hat from the golden one in the south morrowind gate of cyrodiil to go with my domihaus pauldron, and after playing around with it a bit, I find it to be quite intriguingly fun. (particularly for my werewarden)

Interestingly though, should it be tinkered with in any patches, might I recommend adding a hint of “Group Utility” as it could become an offensive strongpoint for groups of a particular caliber and reflect the offensive lean oppositely similar to the type of defensive group lean seen in the “Lord Warden” monster set.

So really, wouldn’t this be a good idea?

The only thing noticeable is that the weapon damage or spell damage granted by either ring “should be granted to nearby allies as well as the wearer”, This could bring in new ideas and strategies for players to come up with and potentially make this monster set even more viable than before, but otherwise, the Domihaus Monster Set is well designed, has good effects and statistics and is definitely a keeper.

Edit: interestingly, I decided to fight through enemies in the forgotten wastes, and I noticed that when the set procs upon damaging the enemy, the ring only seems to damage the enemy that the set procs on, and not damage all other enemies standing in the ring. The damage the domihaus set does is not dealing the area of effect damage it is supposed to, I thought this may have been suspicious at first but an old thread I just recently read has undoubtedly confirmed those suspicions.

I would happily advise looking into this predicament during the current PTS phase.

If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.

    Since I got the helm this weekend I started trying out this on my magplar and stam sorc. I actually don't find it that bad as it procs all the time and the ring is big enough that I am always in it for my weap and spell damage buff. The damage portion of this set is pretty much worthless as the damage ring is very very small but then again I am only really using if for the max stam/mag and the weap or spell damage buff.

    I am not sure if this would make the set to op but I think they should drop the damage portion of the set and add another buff or debuff for being inside the ring. Like say drop the damage and add 124 Stam/Mag recovery (highest resource only) or drop the damage and add minor vitality while in the ring.

    I hate it because I think someone is using destro ultimate and then it still remains when they die.
