Unable to equip skills

As stated above it is impossible for me to equip skills on the PTS. I put them on my bar and they are gone as soon as I close the menu. Is this a general issue and does someone have a solution?

✭✭You need to be WW. It happened to me as well when ı cured WW and became a Vampire. Just cure again and buy the WW from crown store.
