Game Crash and now can no longer login

Was doing Vet Cradle of Shadows when my game crashed, and now when I try to login it says my username/password is incorrect or inactive at this time. what is going on?

If you're getting the same error it could be someone else has gained access and locked you out. If you've been banned/suspended they normally send an email stating as to why.
If you're having no luck it could be worth using the account recovery option on the support site to raise a ticket with them.
