Possible upgrade?

I was wondering if maybe a tone time we could get an upgrade which would make it so we could pick a race then pick passives from another race, for example, having a nord appearance and alliance wise with redguard passives to not lose out on bonuses but still be able to look like the race you want. I talked to some people about it and it could be like having a khajiit with high elf passives so you will be able to do magicka damage and use staffs if you want, or become a healer with argonion or breton passives but still look like a kitty. I would love to see this as i would like a stam warden nord but id rather not because of the race passives.
