ESO live twitch crates

So yesterday on the stream it was said that we can get up to 5 crates the longer we stay (so if we stay the whole time we get all 5), I stayed watching the whole thing till it went offline, even commented. Yet I got only 1 crate and my bf who was watching it on other PC got 5. I believe this is a bug or some kind of faulty crates sending. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

It still sounds like theres an element of rng. I wouldn't count on seeing all. Even then, it might just be delayed for whatever weird reason. I got 2 crates for watching a stream semi-recently, but one took a good 2 days later to show.1 -

Otherwise Gina would say "you have a chance". Which was not the case, she said you get at least 1 and more depending on how long you watch up to 5. I got 4 but all were poisons, food etc.

After watching the Friday 6th stream I realised I had a notification to link my Bethesda account. I have now linked my Bethesda account.
Just wondering if both have to be linked instead of just the ESO one to qualify for drops. Guess I’ll find out at next stream.0 -

Supposedly, you only need to link your ESO account to Twitch for the ESO rewards. Linking the Bethesda.Net account to Twitch was only for the other game titles being shown at BE3.
I do have both of mine linked to Twitch, though. It was easy to do the ESO one, but the people who did the website for Bethesda.Net made it so it didn't work as well.0 -
