It's called server desync and it usually happens when the server is lagging because too many people are stacked in one place. On your screen it looks like a dead body while on the other persons screen he was still alive and because of delay he was still moving.Edited by VoiDGhOs7 on July 6, 2018 12:59PM0 -

✭this is a bug that i've seen a lot ... a week or 2 ago i was killed and was some how able to run ( WHILE being dead ) back to Nik, I wasn't able to mount, or cast abilities .... nor was I able to rez at Nik or any keep for that matter ( even though they were NOT flagged ) AD kept trying to attack me as I was running back to Nik. Once i got back to Nik someone was able to use a soul gem on me though and I was able to rez that way .....
