Can't Login ESO Support

Everytime I try to login ESO Support on website it says "Login Failed" and directing to this URL address:
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/pta_error/error_id/7

I tried login from different browser, another PC, mobile with data but not working! But when my brother tried to login Support on my computer it worked. I don't know what's wrong with my account but my username and password is correct and I'm able to login game, account website and this forum. I can't even answer in-game support tickets from my mail so I need to login. This issue was always there when I try to login Support since 2014. When you changed your Support interface and pages I thought it might be work, so please help me.

    @CradonWar, did you try logging into your account on the account website first ... and then (after successful login) clicking the "Support" link in the upper left corner of the browser?

    From there, you should be able to start a ticket.

    If not, it might be helpful to post a screenshot of the error you're getting ... along with the browser and browser version you're using.

    @Taleof2Cities, I tried what you said and I was successfully able to login my account page but the account and support pages are completely different and when I click support it's asking me to login again. Like I said I tried different browsers, devices and internet connections but it doesn't work for years! Yet my brother is able to login support at the same device and browser of me.

    @ZOS_BillE You didn't answered my reply in PM so here's my message:

    My problem is not about accessing my account. I have full access into my account from game and https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ website as well as my mail address, so no need to account recovery. Neither is opening a support ticket, the thing is I need to login your support service for further assistance with my own account which I can already access from everywhere but support page.

    If you are having issues logging into the Support website to submit a ticket, you can still do so through the account recovery page. Using the account recovery link is an alternate way to start a support ticket when your login is not working or you're having issues with the support portal.

    Once you have a ticket open our support team can investigate into why you can't login through the support portal despite trying different browsers and devices.

    Just so you know... I don't know if it's a problem anymore, but it used to be that if your password was too long (very common for folks who use a password manager) it wouldn't let you log in to support.

    I get this every single time I have tried to login to support, too, it just does not like you to reuse the same password, like...ever. I've gone through so many passwords now (and it won't let you reuse old ones) that I haven't a prayer of ever remembering it if I lose the paper I've written it on. Something is *wrong* with that support page login.

    @MissBizz I don't think 10 various characters is that long but thanks anyway.

    @Minyassa I didn't even know that, haven't changed my password since like open beta. That's not the same problem I have but I'll keep it in mind. And yes, something *is wrong* with support since open beta or early access times. Maybe that problem is solved for newer accounts.

    @ZOS_BillE Nothing has changed so far! Customer service agents said they're unable to resolve my problem and they're going to move my ticket to a specialized team to be investigated. Now two or three days has passed but I'm still unable to login Support.

    I just want to get your customer support service just like anyone else. If I can't even use your service properly why do I even pay ESO Plus each month and buying crowns, crown crates, all your DLCs and expansions permanently? I'm giving my everything to you, is that too much to ask to get one of your services properly while even the players who only bought the main game is already able to get support service properly?

    I have the exact same problem. I can properly log in in the game and website but the support page gave me an "login failed". And before you ask, yes password and username are correct.

    Already tried with internet explorer, chrome, opera and fox but same result.

    Logged out and relogged in the site. Password and username are correct:

    When entering the support page the site behave like i'm not already logged in and ask again for password and username but this time the result is:

    And no, i'm not writing the password wrong or using addblocker. Tried wit 3 different computers but the result stay the same. My personal theory is that the password contains unusual simbols like !"£$%&/()= and this may be the problem...
